Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup onions chopped
- ¼ tbsp kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp green chilli-ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 100 grated SKM Best Egg White Cube
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- Nachos to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok/kadai, add the onions, kasuri methi, green chilli-ginger paste and garlic paste, mix well and sauté on a medium flame.
Step 2
Add red chilli powder, garam masala and sprinkle some water and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.
Step 3
Add tomato puree and salt and lile water, if required and cook on a medium flame till the oil separates
Step 4
Add egg white cube and coriander, sprinkle little water if the mixture is too dry and cook for another minute.
Step 5
Serve hot on nachos
