- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ¼ cup sliced spring onions
- ¼ cup sliced zucchini
- ¼ cup blanched broccoli florets
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- 100 g chopped SKM Best Egg White Cube
- A few basil leaves
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Buttered rice to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil and butter in a wok/kadai, add garlic and onions and stir fry on high flame for a few seconds
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients and toss well.
Step 3
Stir fry for another few seconds.

Serve hot over buttered rice
