EGG WHITE TIKKA

- 100g curds
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp black salt
- 1 tbsp jeera powder
- 1 tbsp kasmiri chilli powder
- ½ tbsp kasuri methi
- ½ tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp besan(gram flour)
- 200g Egg White Cubes,
- 100 gm each of capsicum,
- Tomato, Onions,
- Oil for Cooking
- Wooden skewers

Combine all the ingredients as paste
