EGG WHITE TIKKA


Egg White Korma, a south Indian restaurant Style gravy recipe to accompany any Indian main meals. Try it with our Egg White Cube for an enriched taste.


Ingredients

  • 100g curds
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp kasmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tbsp kasuri methi
  • ½ tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp besan(gram flour)
  • 200g Egg White Cubes,
  • 100 gm each of capsicum,
  • Tomato, Onions,
  • Oil for Cooking
  • Wooden skewers
