- 100g Egg Cubes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Oil for deep frying

Preparation
Step 1
Split the Egg Cubes in the center and stuff with a little schezwan sauce
Step 2
Beat the Eggs and dip the stuffed Egg White in it.
Step 3
Roll in bread crumbs. If the bread crumbs don’t stick to it, Repeat by dipping in Egg Liquid and roll again. Remember you need to be gentle while crumbing
Step 4
Deep fry till golden brown
Step 5
Serve hot immediately
