- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh curd
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp fried curry leaves
- 2 fried fresh red chillies
- Oil for deep frying

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the chicken 65 masala, Vinegar, Salt, Curd and keep aside for five mins
Step 2
Dip the Egg White pieces in it and deep fry till golden brown
Step 3
Top with fried red chillies and curry leaves
