- ¼ cup sliced spring onions with greens
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- ¼ cup sliced zucchini
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A pinch sugar
- 4 Iceberg leuce leaves, torn
- Salt to taste
