Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- ½ cup grated SKM Best Egg White (50 gm)
- ¼ cup grated apple
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp fruit salt
- Oil/ butter for cooking
- 4 tbsp honey for serving (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Except fruit salt, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a thick batter (similar to cake batter consistency) using enough water.
Step 2
Add fruit salt and mix gently.
Step 3
Grease a non-stick pan, pour ¼ of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thick 100 mm (4”) diameter circle.
Step 4
Cook on a medium flame on one side using some butter, gently lift the pancake using a flat spatula and cook on the other side till it turns brown on both sides.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more pancakes.
Step 6
Serve hot with honey.
