  • 200g Egg White Cube
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and crushed pepper
  • 1 cup fresh curd or iceberg lettuce
  • Oil or butter for cooking
  • Place a slice of bread on a plate
  • Spread green mayonnaise on it
  • Place some lettuce
  • Place a slice of cooked Egg White
  • Top with green mayonnaise
  • Serve
