Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, The Cumin seeds, Green chillies, Capsicum and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
Add Egg white and salt. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute, and stir continuously
Add the coriander, Mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few more seconds.
Place the roti on a clean dry surface and spread a tbsp of cheese on it arrange the prepared stuffing in a row in the center of the roti
Spread tomatoes and onions and roll the roti tightly
