Egg White Spicy Chilas, a Rajasthani delicacy to prepare in a different style with Egg White Cube and some simple ingredients. Serve hot for a stomach-filled breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients
- 100g grated SKM Best Egg White Cube
- ½ cup besan
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ¼ cup finely chopped tomatoes
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- ½ tbsp finely chopped green chillies
- A pinch ajwain
- A pinch fennel seeds
- A pinch of asafoeda
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- Oil for cooking
- Salt to taste
- Water as required

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well, add enough water to make a pouring consistency batter.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Step 3
Pour a ladleful of the besan mixture on the tava and spread it evenly to make a 125mm. (5”) diameter circle
Step 4
Cook on both sides over a medium flame using a little oil till both the sides turn golden brown
Step 5
Repeat the same for the remaining batter to make 3 more chilas.
Step 6
Serve immediately
